This is Part Two of the Airway Care course. You must complete the Airway Management module before starting the Management of Pediatric Airways module. Both modules must be completed to receive 6.0 contact hours.
This course is guaranteed to change the way you think about pediatric airways. The content of this course includes an overview of anatomy, assessment of extubation status, the impact of night vs. day extubations, postextubation support, and the impact of the VD/VT ratio on extubation readiness.
